The trainings take place on one Sunday each month from 8am-3pm. You must attend the full session to get your certificate and be eligible for CEU credits.

The cost of the training is $185.00 (plus $35 for a hard copy of notebook). Once you submit this form, you will be prompted to a payment page. PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due in full when you register in order to be enrolled in the course.

Note: Attending the 8-hour in-person or virtual Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Seminar is a requirement for certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) In addition to the course cost, the NCCDP charges an application fee/certification fee. This certification is open to all healthcare professionals and front-line staff who work in healthcare settings.
